Established in 2011, Vietnammm had the huge potential of the brand is the customer care team that works continuously to provide maximum support for consumers, as well as partner restaurants in any matter as well as at any time. From June 2013, Vietnammm.com became a partner of Takeaway.com in Asia – the leading website in the world for online food ordering. The enterprise has inherited hi-tech Applications from an experienced and leading corporation in the world to bring customers the best utilities in Vietnam. Vietnammm.com was honored to receive the award “The most successful startup business of 2014”. This is a very valuable gift recognized for 3 years of continuous efforts to bring “The best customer service” of the business.

Their challenges

Even the biggest giants, they always have their challenges. When Vietnammm converted their business from website to Mobile Application, they met a lot of difficulties. At first, their App was drowned in the Oceans of Applications which were known as App Stores (both Apple App Store and Google Play). Moreover, increasing the number of Installations becomes the second challenge. Without the number of installations, BAEMIN Vietnam will be a dead-app obviously. Finally, Vietnammm had to keep in touch with their new users and walk along with the loyal-users as well.

Our approaches

At first, AppROI.co helped Vietnammm with the full package Media Plan for User Acquisition to get more Installations and New Register User. Second, we advised them on changing the Target Audiences, focusing on the big cities like HCM City and Hanoi. Finally, AppROI.co kicked off a short Campaign within 15 days and then we compared the results with Vietnammm’s expectation.

Results

The result of the testing Campaign:

  • The number of Installations overtook 120% of the expectation.
  • The RR7 (Retention Rate day 7th) increased by 22%.
  • The Customer Acquisition Cost decreased by 35%.

After this testing phase, AppROI became the Integrated partner and we cooperated with each other in 3 months later
